CLARK VACATIONS HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to transparency in our refund process. Please read the policy below carefully before making a booking.
It is understood that if the agreement is cancelled by the Applicant(s), the company shall refund to the Applicant(s) the payments then held by the company after deducting the administration fee of 25% according to the plan or package paid by the purchaser and cost of any nights or services already used by the purchaser, but without any interest, within 30 to 90 working days from the date of cancellation request.

- 25% administration fee will be deducted from the total amount paid
- Any nights or services already used will be deducted from the refund amount
- No interest will be paid on the refunded amount
- Refunds will be processed within 30 to 90 working days from the date of cancellation request
- Cancellation within 7 days of purchase is eligible for refund as per company policy
- After the 7-day cooling-off period, the amount paid will be strictly non-refundable
