Understanding our cancellation and refund process at Clark Vacations.
Our Commitment to You
Clark Vacations is committed to transparency in our refund process. Please read the policy below carefully before making a booking.
It is understood that if the agreement is cancelled by the Applicant(s), the company shall refund to the Applicant(s) the payments then held by the company after deducting the administration fee of 25% according to the plan or package paid by the purchaser and cost of any nights if used by the purchaser, but without any interest, within 90 days from the date of cancellation request.
Key Points to Note
- A 25% administration fee is deducted from the refund amount.
- Any nights already used by the purchaser will be deducted from the refund.
- No interest will be paid on the refunded amount.
- Refunds are processed within 90 days from the date of cancellation request.
- After the 7-day cool-off period, amounts paid may not be refundable as per government policy.
